We have two popular options:
- Option A is a 6 month term earning an annual simple interest rate of 10%. This option can be renewed for another 6 month term, or can be upgraded/downgraded by level of investment and/or Option selection.
- Option B is a 12 month term earning an annual simple interest rate of 15%. This option can be renewed for another 12 month term or can be upgraded/downgraded by level of investment and/or Option selection.
We also partner with individuals on specific projects. Each project is has is own cirteria.

- Private Lending - This is a short term based investment. A nine month maximum turn-around time. This is used primairly in our rehab projects, where we resell quickly. Your money is secured by a FIRST mortgage and we pay a minimum of 15% interest. You will be guaranteed 3 months of interest, if we wholesale or resell the project quicker than our projections. We never borrow more than 65% to 75% of the ARV (After Repaired Value) of the property. The purchace of the property/project is closed by our attorneys, full title insurance, property insurance,and apprasial (if necessarry), as well as all legal documentation.
