We have been in the business of buying, selling, fixing, renting homes and multi-use properties for the past 4 years. We are part of a large network of like-minded business persons in the greater New Jersey - New York City area. We are investors who are reliant upon our other fellow investors and our various networks to provide many different types of solutions for people who may be in foreclosure, or are tired landlords, or whatever the problem may be.
Our network has provided housing for many people. Most of whom were originally renters, and through their firm desire to become homeowners, we are able to make that provision.
We also provide assistance ot newer investors, persons who want to break into the businsess of buying, fixing, and/or selling/holding properties. Our experience coupled with the various networks of contractors, and investors helps us provide a valuable experience for persons who otherwise whouldn't know what to do, and where to start!
We also take on projects of various sizes on a FOR-HIRE basis. We contract consult. This is where we are hired to PROJECT MANAGE various construction, re-hab, home improvement projects, and perfrom these types of services:
- Review of project with client (wish list)
- Request bids from contractors
- Review bids with client(s) and analyze bids
- Submit contract proposals to prospective contractors
- Hire contractors and arrange payment schedule
- Supervise and coordinate contractor work schedules
- Keep timetable with contractors
- Daily updates with client(s)
